When will online registration close?
Mark your calendar:
- Early-bird registration closes Friday, March 28
- Online registration closes Friday, April 18
- Deadline for refunds is Friday, April 18
After April 18, no refunds will be honored in connection with cancellations or changes to registrations.
In-person registration will be available in the Alumnae/i House on Friday, April 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, April 26, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
How can I make payment?
You can complete your Alumnae/i Weekend registration and payment online, by phone, by mail, or in person—whichever works best for you!
Online Payment
Online payment for Goucher College's Alumnae/i Weekend 2025 is via credit card. Goucher College uses a third-party vendor, Cvent, to process Alumnae/i Weekend 2025 registrations and payments. If you do not wish to have your information processed via this service, you must notify the Office of Alumnae/i Affairs at alumni@images-collector.com.
Pay Over the Phone
To make payment over the phone, please call the Office of Alumnae/i Engagement at 410-337-6180.
In-Person Registration
In-person registration will be available at the Alumnae/i House on Friday, April 19, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, April 20, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Payment may be made in cash, as well as by check or credit card. Make checks payable to Goucher College Alumnae/i Weekend.

Are there hotel blocks available for Alumnae/i Weekend?
Yes! We’ve reserved hotel blocks at select area hotels to make your stay as convenient as possible. Visit the hotel accomodation page for a list of participating hotels, special rates, and booking details. Be sure to reserve early, as rooms may fill quickly!
Is there an ATM on campus?
There is no ATM available on campus. We recommend planning ahead and bringing cash if needed. Nearby banks and ATMs are located just a short drive from campus.
When is the Sports & Recreation Center & Aquatic Center open during Alumnae/i Weekend?
Open to all alumnae/i. Please show your Alumnae/i Weekend name badge upon entering facilities. One guest (over 18) per alumna/us is permitted with ID.
